Healthy Hydration - My Go-To Health Drink


Is everyone drinking their water today? Confession time…I don’t like plain drinking water. I know all the reasons why I should drink it; I just don’t enjoy drinks without flavor.

It’s important not to drink your calories in the form of sugar-laden drinks and sodas. And artificially sweetened diet soda increases your risk for diabetes, decreases bone density, and is bad for your kidneys. Here’s how I get my 64+ ounces in every day while enjoying immune-boosting goodness in a quick and economical manner. Even the kids love the fruity flavor! - 🍎🍐🍑🍒🍓 Fabulous Fruity Sip 🍎🍐🍑🍒🍓 2 qt pitcher - Glass is best!! 2 Fruit-Flavored Celestial Seasonings Tea Bags (check the ingredients – Lipton and Bigleow sometimes slip maltodextrin in their teas. That’s a blood sugar badie!) I love peach, apple, raspberry. I can sometimes find Watermelon Lime and Sangria – super yummy!! 2 Tablespoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with “the mother” ** ¼ teaspoon Pure Stevia (not all stevia is equal. It shouldn’t taste bitter. You might need to play with amounts to suit your taste.) 🍒 Combine everything in the pitcher and fill with water. Stick it in the fridge. Wait 20-30 minutes and enjoy over ice! I just leave the tea bags in the pitcher.

**Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and wonderful for the immune system. It lowers blood sugar, fights diabetes, and encourages weight loss. I drink a couple quarts of this tea every day, and in 5 years have only had 2-3 colds. For my big family, we usually 4-5 pitchers of different flavors in our refrigerator at a time.
