It’s the perfect summer side dish because it can also be made in foil on the grill.
To make your cabbage steaks:
- Slice that cabbage! 1-inch slices. An electric knife makes quick work of this.
- Place in a parchment paper-lined or greased pan. Drizzle both sides with olive oil. Top with 4 teaspoons crushed garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, flipping half-way through. Beat off the children that start snitching the crispy bits and eating them like chips!
