Apple Cranberry Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oats
Spritz your slow cooker lightly with coconut oil spray. Combine in your slow cooker:
4 1/2 Cups Liquid (your fav combination of water and nut milk - I do 50/50/)
1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1/2 Cup Fresh Cranberries (not dried - they're full of sugar!)
1 Diced Apple
3 Tbl Pyure Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 Tbl Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tea Ground Cinnamon
1/2-1 tea Mineral Salt
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir the oats well until they're creamy. Serve with additional nut milk and Pyure maple-flavored syrup.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for a week, or go ahead and freeze.
